Life is not about the number of breaths you take but the number of things that take your breath away. We should live our everyday to the fullest. Till now, I am still trying to be the person who help more, reject less, praise more, criticise less, comfort more, upset less, cheer more, jeer less, love more, hate less...........
And maybe I can succeed one day with the strength given to me by God, the Almighty and also the encouragement and love showered upon me by my loved ones.

SCA Teambuilding 2009 - Bintan Lagoon ResortIt has been slightly more than a year since the last teambuilding session in Phuket. This year, we went to Bintan due to a bigger crowd and thus a squeezed budget per head. Bintan was the best choice for the Fun @ Sumitomo Committee, which I am still a part of. This time, we invested more on the programme. We played two very interesting games amongst other minor energiser games. CSI: A Hotel Murder SceneSticking to our own department, some members were the forensic scientists whom were responsible in collecting evidence from the crime scene. Some became the communicators and they were supposed to interrogate the suspects. Arbitrators' role was to visit the crime lab to obtain meaningful and relevant information like fingerprint analysis report, blood sample report and DNA report. Coordinators would look at all the information we had and lead the discussion to derive the identity of the murderer, his/her motive and killing methods. Mission: Riau HuntersNow mixed with colleagues from other departments, we were supposed to answer a list of questions and buy or get clues to help us. The answers pointed to specific locations in Bintan Resorts where we had to visit and perform certain tasks. The points awarded depended on how far away those locations were.
